All of our anchor’s designs are tested to measure their holding power. we perform our tests using the same seabed location and conditions, so you can compare “apple for apple” when estimating the size of the anchor you need.
This chart shows what Viking Anchor model should be used on which size and weight of SAILBOAT. Normally motorboats will need less holding power comparing to sailing boats, and sailing catamaran needs more holding power than sailing monohulls.

Viking Anchors are suitable for all boats and can be securely located on the bow roller. Our standard anchor sizes range from 2.5 kg to 30 kg, larger anchors can also be made on special request. Using Europe’s best steel providers, fabricated by our most skilled crew, Viking Anchors are supplied with a lifetime warranty. The manufacturing process is done in-house, from first drawings to cutting, welding, and galvanizing.
